Sin surrounding,
Grasping at my feet.
The girl was so enticing,
Her seductive words with which she greets,
Got my mind off of the island,
And to her my desire entreats.
With darkened skin,
And a temptresses voice,
She brings me into to her temptation,
All by my own choice.
Through our trade, sin and fear were born,
And what was to follow,
None but death becomes my throne.
I seek for the Landlord, to take it away,
To remove this mess,
To calm my dismay
He beckons me as I try to flee,
He says, my Child, return to me.
